Up to 10 calling from numbers can be registered with Raza.com by the customer registration process created by Retail Agent. Only calls placed from these registered numbers through the Local access number(s) will qualify for the provided rates. Raza.com has the sole right to reject a phone number for registration at any time without notice. Raza.com also has the sole right to block calls from any number and at any time without notice. Customer can update their registered phone number(s) after the registration process with the Retail Agent or by calling customer care. The customer can use all the registered ANI (American Number Identification) numbers to make calls to any destination listed on the website as long as they have sufficent balance in the account to make calls. However there is also a facility of using a non registered phone number to make international or domestic calls using a PIN number. PIN number can be obtain from the Retail Agent or by calling the customer care. However, Raza.com will not be held responsible for such losses arising out of unauthorized usage of the Services.
All the rates on the website are calculated on the Highest Denomination of the Calling Plans.
Calling details available always and they can be emailed to the customer or even print out of last 60 days. The Retail Agent should agree that Raza.com call detail records are conclusive evidence of the customer's use of the Services and the charges payable. The call detail records will be available through the Websites and by calling the customer care. The customer accepts that use of the Raza.com long distance service by any person making international or domestic calls from registered phone number(s) by the customer or the PIN number and that the customer shall pay any charges arising from such use. Raza.com advises Retail Agent to not to disclose the account and PIN numbers to any third person. Raza.com will not be liable to customer for any claim from a third party service provider for the similar services obtained by customer. Retail Agent and their customers are solely responsible for all third party providers bill for their usage of services.
Raza.com does not guarantee call quality or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement of lost minutes or reduction in the stored value of any prepaid card. Connection to a wrong number is a valid call. Raza.Com uses a 1 minute rounding interval. This means that the duration of each call is rounded up to the next full minute for billing purposes.
You can call from your Cell phone with no extra charges from Raza.Com. Make sure you don't press SEND/TALK (Green) button after entering the destination number and Pound Key (#). If you have a limited minute's package on your Cell phone from your Wireless Company, you may get billed from your Wireless Company if you went over your plan minutes, and Raza.com will not be responsible for that.You as in Retail Agent acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by Raza.com from time to time.
